How the number analysis works

Enter any six-digit number from 000000 to 999999 and choose "Analyse my number". If your number is shorter, pad it with zeros at the front: 8941 becomes 008941.

Bullseye draws one number out of a million, so an exact number almost never comes up twice and counting how often it was drawn tells you very little. Instead, every draw since January 2019 is checked for how close the winning number landed to yours. Anything within 50,000 either side wins a prize, so you'll see every prize your number would have won, using the actual prize paid in each draw, and the draws where it came closest.

The numbers run in a loop, so 999999 sits right next to 000000. The address of the results page includes your number, so you can bookmark it or share it.

Every draw is random. How a number has done in the past has no effect on the next draw, so treat this as history to explore, not a way to pick winning numbers. If you choose to play, set yourself a budget.

Bullseye number analysis FAQ

Why is there no frequency count for my number?

Bullseye draws one number out of a million possible ones, so almost every exact number has never been drawn. What matters for Bullseye is how close your number came, which is what this tool measures.

How is the distance worked out?

As the gap between your number and the winning number, counted in whichever direction is shorter. The numbers run in a loop, so 999999 is right next to 000000.

How is the amount my number would have won worked out?

Every draw on record is checked against your number, and each win is given the actual prize paid in that division that draw, at $2 a line. Bonus tickets are counted separately, and an exact match is given that draw's Division 1 jackpot when it is known.

Can I share my results?

Yes. Your number is part of the results page address, so you can bookmark it or send the link to someone.

How is this different from the Bullseye checker?

The Bullseye checker tells you what a ticket won in specific draws from the last 12 months. Number analysis looks at your number across every draw since January 2019, so you can see its whole history and closest calls.
