Does a number being "hot" or "cold" affect its chances in the next draw?
No. Every Lotto draw is an independent, random event, and the machine has no memory of past draws. A number's past frequency, however striking, has no bearing on whether it will be drawn next time. This page is a historical record, not a prediction tool.

Does the Lotto jackpot roll over?
Lotto's own Division 1 prize is a fixed $1 million minimum guarantee, so it doesn't grow when nobody wins it. It's the separate Powerball add-on jackpot that actually rolls over and grows each time it goes unwon, up to a $60 million cap.
